Hotel Silver Resort Balatonfüred is a wellness and conference hotel with a port of its own. Built in wonderful scenery, in the centre of the lakeside area, next to Tagore Promenade and the port, the building complex Silver Resort offers a wide range of services for all who need an active rest, holiday or yachting.

Food and beverages

The Portunus Restaurant can seat 120 guests and a further 120 on its terrace overlooking the lake. Our rich breakfast buffet ( included in the room rate ) is open between 7 and 10.30 am.

The restaurant offers a splendid lunch menu, including regional specialities of Lake Balaton and light Mediterranean meals, between noon and 3 pm.

Evening feats and special candlelight dinners are served from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Area information

Balatonfüred is a former Roman settlement, now a marvellous city which brings back remote times. The city dwellers and their guests have always led their lives and habits in line with the historic traditions.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 71.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas only and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
