Arrival by train:
The hotel is app. 4 walking minutes away from the railway station "Balatonlelle".

Arrival by bus:
The hotel is app. 5 walking minutes away from the bus station "Balatonlelle".

Arrival by car:
From the direction "Székesfehérvár" and "Nagykanizsa" drive along the main road 70. From direction "Kaposvár" take main road 67.
At the km mark 136/137 you come to a roundabout. Exit the roundabout in direction "Balaton" and cross the railway tracks. Continue that road until you reach "Hortenzia street". There you have to turn left onto "Napos utca". At the end of this street turn left again onto "Szent István utca", which will lead you directly to the pension Viktória.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas only and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Private parking is possible on site.
