Beauty and wellbeing The natural endowment makes picturesque Margaret Island an ideal spa resort. Air is clean and the foliage of hundred years old trees protect from dust and reduce temperature extremes, as well. The healing power of its abundant thermal waters is highly reputed world-wide. Spring-waters on Margaret Island are rich in minerals therefore they are widely used in medical treatment.

On the island: open-air-theatre in July and August. Platán Restaurant A fine dining room with magnificent view on the park featuring international, domestic and diet cuisine, with a wide selection of Hungary's best wines. Outdoor dining facilities in the summer on the terrace. Evenings synthesizer music provides the entertainment.

Tourists information

When arriving by car please note that cars can only enter to the island from Árpád Bridge.

Public transport within Budapest: bus number 26 can be taken from the Western Railway Station or the Árpád Bridge (Pest side)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
