and Danubius Grand Hotel Margitsziget. Services of both hotels are at your disposal.
Therapies are based on the utilisation of the 3 valuable thermal springs of Margaret Island (with calcium, magnesium, , potassium and sulphur contents).
Diagnostic section: laboratory, ECG Balneo- and hydrotherapy: thermal bath, underwater jet massage, carbon dioxide bath, weight bath, mud-pack. Inhalation Physicoherapy: electrotherapy (low and high frequency therapies) individual and group medical gymnastics, medical massage, underwater gymnastics.

Spa therapy guests are kindly requested to bring medical report along.

Room information

All of the rooms are equipped to the highest technical standard to suit every need, from private parties to large conferences. Perfect location for garden parties.

Rooms overlook the river Danube or the magnificent park.

Food and beverages

Dining and entertainment Széchenyi Restaurant with garden terrace, international, Hungarian and dietetic cuisine, Grill Terrace, Begonia cafe and terrace‚ Gösser brasserie, Eskimo ice cream salon and Victoria drink bar.

Area information

On the island: open-air theatre in July and August. Széchenyi Restaurant is our fine dining room with magnificent views of the park featuring international, domestic and diet cuisine, with a wide selection of Hungary's best wines. Outdoor dining facilities in the summer on the terrace and in the garden. In the evenings a gypsy orchestra provides the entertainment.

Tourists information

When arriving by car please note that cars can only enter the island from Árpád Bridge.

Public transport within Budapest: bus number 26 can be taken from the western railway station or the Árpád bridge (Pest side).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
3 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
