Hotel Erzsébet is located in the heart of Hévíz, right next to the entrance of the world-famous spa. The 47 nicely-furnished rooms, three of which have living-rooms as well, offer comfortable accommodation for guests.
Additionally, the hotel offers a restaurant with a terrace, a bar and a Beauty-farm equipped with the most modern technologies.

Food and beverages

Buffet breakfast will be served daily from 7:00 to 10:00.

Half board is served in the classic elegantly styled restaurant, featuring a terrace and Hungarian, international and vegetarian dishes. In the summer the grill terrace provides organised wine-tasting and musical evenings.

The intimate drinks bar, with its wide choice of beverages, cakes, cocktails and familiar atmosphere, is ideal for spending a pleasant afternoon or evening.

Area information

Hévíz is Hungary's world-famous spa. The largest peat-based, warm-water spa in Europe with radon content and unique medicinal power can be found here.

Tourists information

Hévíz is situated on the north-western part of Lake Balaton, 6 km away from Keszthely, the capital of Lake Balaton and 15 km from Balaton Airport, the new international airport in Sármellék.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 22.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: No internet access available.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person.
